Free Membership (top)

The Pet Care Services Association will offer a 1-year free membership to those individuals who select and pay for a full registration to the Basic Training being held in Pittsburgh during the Annual Convention and Expo. The membership will be processed following the convention, and will be effective by mid-November 2008.

Cancellation Policy

We sincerely hope you are able to attend the Pet Care Services Association’s Pet Services Basic Training. However, if you are unable to attend please note that you will receive 75% of your paid registration fee if you cancel on or before September 14, 2008. If you cancel after September 14, 2008, none of your registration fee will be refunded.
